More Affordable Housing Projects Available

UPDATED: 10:15 am PST November 20, 2006

Buying a home in San Diego is almost impossible and rents are sky high. However, you may afford a place to live, if you know where to look.

The San Diego Housing Commission and 10News have created a comprehensive list of every affordable for rent and for sale project being developed in San Diego County.

The projects described below are being built by private developers as part of local, state and/or federal government affordable housing programs.

Income restrictions apply and are based on percentage of San Diego's Area Median Income AMI (Click here to see income limits). For example, if the income requirement for a housing development is 50 percent AMI, then the maximum gross annual income limit is currently $31,900 for a family of four.

Newly Listed Projects:
Creekside Trails
Auburn Park
Fairbanks Ridge
Seniors On Broadway
Legacy Walk
La Boheme
