Evy Ramos came to 10News in June 2007. She is excited to be working on 10News This Morning. Morning news has always been her passion despite the fact that she wakes up each morning at 2:45am!

Evy graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Communication and the Entertainment Industry. Upon graduating Evy worked at E! True Hollywood Story in Los Angeles before heading out to Fresno as a reporter/anchor for two years.

Evy, the eldest of seven, was born in Ciudad Obregon, Sonora, Mexico. At the age of three her family moved to Southern California where they continue to reside.

She graduated from the Thacher School in Ojai before continuing her studies at USC. While in school, Evy was involved in the school news program Annenberg TV News, dramatic arts, musical theater, soccer, volleyball, piano and voice. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, loves animals and enjoys the outdoors.

But more then anything, she loves going home to her wonderful husband Erick and baby Kiki (a miniature poodle). And come September 2008, she will be welcoming her first little one into the world!
